I built I'll Sort It because helping someone often means keeping track of a lot more than people realise, appointments, letters, forms, bills, reminders, documents and all the little follow-ups in between. That stuff can end up spread across phones, emails, notebooks and piles of paperwork, so I wanted to make one simple place where families and carers can keep it together and know what needs doing next.
