About This Launch
Holofy is an MCP connector that brings London property search into Claude, ChatGPT and Grok at holofy.io/mcp. It searches listings from Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and many agents, and adds Police.uk, HM Land Registry, Ofsted, DfE, TfL, Environment Agency and ONS data. Portal names describe what it searches and do not imply endorsement.
It is listed as 'Free to use' with 'No account, no card, no catch', with a limit of 1,500 searches and lookups per connection per day. The focus is London, and New York is coming soon.

London property search is scattered across many portals. Holofy brings it into the AI assistants people already use, with official data alongside listings.
