It scores every live job listing against your profile with a visible A-G breakdown across role fit, remote policy, tech stack and seniority. It then drafts a resume and cover letter written against that specific job description, and fills the application form on real ATS pages, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Workable, SmartRecruiters and LinkedIn, through a Chrome extension. Applying stays per-job and consent-based: you review the filled fields and press submit yourself, or opt a single job into autonomous submission.
I was job hunting as an engineer and found the whole process was either manual and slow, or automated by spam bots that blast the same generic resume everywhere. I wanted something in between: transparent scoring, materials written for the specific role, and automation that filled the tedious ATS forms but left the decision to apply with me.
