Helfer is a Ukrainian platform and professional social network for fitness, yoga, and dance trainers. Coaches publish exercises, lectures, and videos in a shared discovery feed to demonstrate expertise and attract new clients. They can also build exercise libraries and training programs, adjust loads during workouts, support clients, and use an integrated Tabata timer on web, iOS, and Android.
After years of building Helfer, I understood one simple thing: every trainer wants more clients. That insight changed the product. We created a professional social feed where trainers can show real work, not just advertise, through exercises, lectures, and videos. Because the community is still growing, early trainers can gain meaningful visibility while Helfer actively promotes the platform and its feed.
