About This Launch
getgiffgaff is an independent Chinese-language guide and SIM card service for giffgaff users. It helps Chinese-speaking travelers and people moving to the UK purchase and activate a giffgaff SIM, choose a plan, understand roaming and troubleshoot common account issues.
Why I Built This
I built getgiffgaff after seeing Chinese-speaking travelers struggle with fragmented English instructions for buying and activating UK mobile service. The goal is to make the entire giffgaff setup process clear in Chinese and provide practical help when something goes wrong.
