FOX Tasks. is a free iPhone planner for notes, tasks, daily goals and working hours. Its focus is personalisation: show or hide modules, reorder overview cards and one to six menu entries, edit or remove headings, and customise colours, light or dark appearance, app icons and widgets. Tasks support due dates, reminders and flexible repeats. Goals show streaks and adjustable badges. Optional shift planning and work-time tracking fit working days. No ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases or required account. Planning stays locally on the iPhone; optional online services are explained in the privacy policy. Available in German and English for iOS 18 or later.
FOX Tasks. started as a small private hobby project: a personal checklist for everyday tasks and daily goals. It grew into a planner that lets people choose which features they actually need, how their overview is arranged and how the app looks. The aim is to keep planning personal, free and without advertising or subscriptions.
