FollowUp Desk is a downloadable local-first tracker for solo service businesses that handle warm enquiries in WhatsApp but need a clear place for next actions. It shows due-today and overdue follow-ups, six pipeline stages, notes, editable message starters, CSV import/export and JSON backup. It never reads, syncs or sends WhatsApp messages; the user reviews every message and opens a normal chat link manually. It costs 499 rupees once, GST included, with no login, cloud database, AI, API key or subscription.
I built FollowUp Desk after noticing how easily a warm enquiry gets buried when the conversation lives in WhatsApp while the next action lives in memory, notes or a spreadsheet. I wanted a deliberately small alternative to a cloud CRM for one-person businesses: local, one-time, transparent about its limits, and never able to send a message without the user's decision.
