About Fabylon Bookmaker
Fabylon Bookmaker is free, local-first Windows book-production software for poets and authors. It combines professional typesetting with poetry metre and sound analysis, imports Word, ODT, EPUB and PDF, and exports print-ready PDF, EPUB and Word with KDP cover and preflight tools. The first public Windows release opens at the end of August 2026.
Why I built this
I am a poet and publisher who kept seeing poetry forced through generic page-layout software. Line, stanza, sound and metre are not decoration; they are part of the work. I built Bookmaker so writers can produce a serious book locally without renting their own press or surrendering the manuscript to hidden AI.
