About This Launch
EzGYM is gym management software for memberships, plans, billing, invoicing and a client database, with PayPal subscriptions. A WhatsApp reminder bot is included, and an optional AI WhatsApp assistant answers members using the gym's own documentation, including questions about their assigned plan.
There is a free tier ($0 a month, 50 WhatsApp messages and 50 emails). More volume starts at $6 a month and the AI bot at $18 a month. The site has a working demo, is aimed at gyms in the US, and PayPal charges its own fees.
Why I Built This
I built EzGYM to help gyms replace scattered spreadsheets and messages with one practical system for memberships, payments and member plans.
