eveningDesk is an email-first support inbox for small e-commerce teams. It centralizes support email, links WooCommerce order context, and generates AI-assisted reply drafts for a human to review before sending. Paid checkout is available, and workspace setup begins after successful payment.
Why I Built This
We built eveningDesk to reduce the context switching between support email, store order details, and reply drafting for small e-commerce teams. The goal is a calmer workflow where people retain control of every customer response.
