Merchants can calculate fees based on destination country, postal code, HS code, product type, vendor, order value, and other conditions. The app also helps manage HS codes and product origin details, sync Shopify products, and track fee calculations, orders, logs, and analytics. It supports fee workflows for both Shopify Plus and non-Plus stores.
We built EU Customs Fee Manager to simplify the complex process of handling customs and import-related charges for international Shopify orders. Different destinations, products, HS codes, and order values can require different fees, making manual calculations time-consuming and error-prone. Our goal was to give merchants a flexible rules-based system that automates these calculations and provides better visibility into international order costs.
