Ejendex brings Danish property information together for owners, investors and advisers. Search an address to explore BBR building and unit records, ownership, transaction history and public valuations. Company profiles connect property portfolios with company relationships and published financial statements. Interactive maps make it easier to explore an area, and property notes can be private or shared with a team. A separate free Boligvagt service helps homeowners monitor public property valuations. The interface is in Danish and focuses on Denmark. Visitors can try three property lookups without signing in; a free account offers limited monthly access, while Premium unlocks additional features. Data is presented with its source and coverage, and missing information is not treated as zero.
Property research often means switching between public registers, addresses, company records and annual reports. Ejendex was built to make that information easier to explore in one place, for both property professionals and homeowners. Our focus is clear property identity, transparent sources and useful context, rather than making users piece together the same research every time.
