About This Launch
DropLink lets you share photos, videos, documents, apps or text from iPhone, Android, Mac or Windows using a link or QR code. On the same Wi-Fi, supported transfers go directly over the local network. Across networks, a relay forwards the transfer without storing the files. Recipients download in a browser with no app or account.
The sender must keep DropLink open and the sending device online until the download finishes, and resuming depends on the browser. Apps are available on the App Store (iPhone and Mac), Google Play and as a Windows EXE.
Why I Built This
Sending files between phones and computers usually means installing an app or signing up on both sides. DropLink was built so the receiver only needs a browser and a link or QR code.
