Donor Schedule is for UK charities, churches and CASCs claiming Gift Aid. Load a CSV, map its columns, and it checks every row against HMRC's rules, flags problems and tidies postcodes, titles and dates. It then fills HMRC's own template and saves an .ods file. You attach and submit the claim yourself. Your file is read in the browser and not uploaded.
Checking is free with no account. Building files costs £15 for a single claim of up to 1,000 donations, rebuildable for 30 days, or £59 a year for unlimited schedule files for 12 months. Prices include VAT where it applies. Donor Schedule is independent software and is not affiliated with HMRC.
Small UK charities lose hours filling in HMRC's Gift Aid schedule by hand, and one bad postcode or date can hold up a claim. We wanted a checker that catches those problems before the claim goes in, without donor data leaving the charity's computer.
