DISC Personalities is a DISC personality assessment platform for both individuals and companies.

For individuals: take a 10 to 15-minute DISC test and get two profiles side by side: your natural style (how you behave by instinct) and your adapted style (how you think you should act at work). You’re matched to one of 15 personality patterns, with clear guidance on strengths, blind spots, communication style and career direction. Free IQ, EQ and brain dominance tests are included too.

For companies: invite employees or candidates by email or link, run hiring campaigns, and see DISC and IQ results across every department in one dashboard. Compare a candidate’s profile against the team they would join, understand each department’s working culture, and add custom screening questions to any campaign.

95,000+ users and 109,000+ completed tests so far. Free to start; extended reports and the Business Suite are paid.

We kept watching the same story play out from both sides of the table. People picked jobs and careers without really knowing how they work best, then burned out or quit. Companies hired on CV and gut feeling, and paid for it when the fit was wrong: weeks of recruiting lost, and a mis-hire can cost up to three times the role’s salary. DISC was supposed to help, but the reports we found were either too academic to act on or too shallow to trust. And almost none of them showed the gap between who you naturally are and who you think you have to be at work, which is often exactly where the stress comes from. So we spent years researching and building our own DISC test, with an advisor from the field, and kept refining it with every result. Today it helps people understand themselves in plain language, and helps teams hire and manage based on how people actually work, not how they interview.
