Datplan DataPull is a Windows desktop app for accountants, finance teams and consultants who need reporting data from Xero, QuickBooks and HubSpot. It downloads authorised business data to the user's Windows environment, prepares structured reporting tables and provides local dashboards, CSV and JSON exports, and setup guidance for BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik. Xero and QuickBooks also include Audit Analytics with drill-down evidence for professional review. Source datasets are not copied into a Datplan reporting cloud. The app and supplied demo data are free; connecting live sources requires a paid plan.
Datplan was built to reduce repeated reporting preparation and unnecessary third-party copies of sensitive business data. It gives accounting and CRM users a way to pull authorised data into their own Windows environment, analyse it locally and choose how to share completed reporting outputs.
