Cvyon

Cvyon is a resume builder with 180+ templates and a free grader that checks a resume against a job description. Resumes download as PDF or Word with no account and no watermark. Job seekers can also opt into a recruiter talent pool.

Cvyon says it is free to start, with no paywall at the download and no trial that quietly becomes a paid plan. Recruiters pay for access to the opt-in talent pool. A Pricing page is linked from the site.
