Pricing is per workspace with unlimited conversations: Free for 2 seats, Mini $39/mo for 10 seats with email, Shopify, Slack and webhook connections, Essentials $89/mo for 25 seats, and Plus $219/mo for 50 seats. No per-seat suite bills.
Why I Built This
Small support teams were paying per-seat suite prices for tools they only partly used. Cove Inbox puts chat, help, and workflows in one desk with per-workspace pricing and unlimited conversations.
