Council PDF Monitor

Council PDF Monitor checks up to 25 PDFs on a council's minutes, agendas or documents page for common, machine-detectable accessibility problems such as scanned pages with no real text, missing tags, no document language, no real title and images without alt text. Checks map to WCAG 2.2 and PDF/UA-1, and results can be downloaded as CSV or printed. The one-off report is free with no sign-up, and it is an automated check, not a full audit or a compliance certificate.
