Every month the close would finish and the last step, the recap email to the client, was still a blank screen. Rewriting that email from scratch each time was the slowest part of the month. I wrote reusable markdown recap templates for myself, then packaged them so other solo bookkeepers and small accounting shops don't have to start from a blank email either. This is my first product and it went live today; I'm pre-revenue.
