Clip2SRT

Clip2SRT is a browser-based AI subtitle generator. Upload an MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, WEBM, MP4 or MOV file up to 25MB and it produces an SRT subtitle file. For video, only the audio track is transcribed. It uses Whisper large-v3-turbo on Cloudflare Workers AI, and the site states it is not affiliated with OpenAI.

Spoken language can be auto-detected or set to English, Chinese, Spanish, German, French, Japanese or Korean, with optional translation into the same seven. Output is SRT, with VTT when the model provides it. The free tier is 2 free minutes every day, and paid options are sold as minute packs.
