About This Launch
Breakly is an iPhone and iPad app that interrupts scrolling with scheduled breaks. You can adjust the break intervals and durations, for example a 20 second mini break or a 5 minute long break. To continue after a break, you complete one task, such as signing or recording a promise, listening to rain, reading, or shaking.
Why I Built This
Breakly is built to cut doomscrolling with short, scheduled breaks. The page suggests using it alongside Screen Time.
