About This Launch
Booksmate is an AI receipt scanner and invoice ingestion tool for freelancers and small accounting teams. It auto-pulls invoices and receipts from emails, supplier websites, and uploaded files, extracts line items with AI, and exports clean data to accounting software like Xero and QuickBooks.
Why I Built This
Accountants and freelancers were drowning in email attachments and supplier portals just to get receipts into the books. I built Booksmate so invoices come in automatically from email, websites, and files, get AI-extracted, and export straight into accounting software.
