About This Launch
Bickqr is a searchable library of short audio memes, bicks, capped at 12 seconds and built for the speed of group chat. Paste a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube link, trim the clip, and share it into WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram the way you would drop a GIF. Built in Nigeria for the way local sound culture actually moves.
Why I Built This
Omu Inetimi, an electrical engineering student at the University of Port Harcourt, kept wanting to reply in chat with a viral sound and had no clean way to find or send it. He built Bickqr as the GIPHY for audio, won Nigeria's Student Venture Capital Grant, and is now pushing toward the first 1,000 users.
