About This Launch
afterthat is a free event chat app for people who meet in real life. Hosts share a link, QR code or short invite code so guests can join a conversation around a gathering. One-off events have their own chats, while recurring series keep the conversation going between events. Direct messages start with a request that the other person must accept.
Available on the web, iPhone and Android. Free to join and free to host, for adults 18 and over.

Why I Built This
I kept going to meetups and didn't have a good way to keep the conversations going after the event. I built afterthat to give those conversations a place to continue.
